Job summary

Signaction Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Production Coordinator to join our team. You will work closely with Project Managers, the production crew, suppliers and installers to move jobs from approval to made to delivered and installed.

Based in Kingsgrove, this full-time role requires practical organisation, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and a can-do attitude in a manufacturing environment. Australian residency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in signage, display, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Must have a current Australian driver’s licence.
• Applicant must be an Australian resident.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation contractors and order production materials.
• Organise interstate and local deliveries and manage documentation.
• Maintain information in the job management system and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with Project Managers on schedules, deliveries and site requirements; support WH&S standards.

Now we are looking for someone to become an important part of the team that makes all of that happen.

THE ROLE

This isn't an admin job where you will spend your day quietly filing paperwork.

You will be right in the middle of production - working with our Project Managers, production team, suppliers, installers and freight companies to help keep jobs moving from approved to made to delivered and installed.

One minute you might be booking an installation crew. Next, chasing materials. Then organising a shipment to Melbourne, checking production paperwork or making sure a project has everything it needs before it leaves our factory.

Things move quickly here. So you’ll need to as well.

The sort of person who notices something hasn't been done before somebody needs to ask.

You will be comfortable juggling several jobs at once, talking to different people and keeping track of the little details that can make a very big difference.

Experience in signage, display, shopfitting, joinery, construction, manufacturing or another trade- based industry would definitely get our attention. Knowing how jobs move through production, why deadlines matter and what it takes to get work delivered and installed is a big advantage.

You will also need a current Australian driver's licence.

WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO?

Plenty.

You will help coordinate installation contractors, order production materials, organise interstate and local deliveries, maintain information in our job management system and make sure production documentation is where it needs to be - when it needs to be there.

You will work closely with our Project Managers on schedules, deliveries and site requirements, and assist our production team maintain our WH&S standards.
