Easy Signs is seeking a Night Shift Production Team Member at our Smeaton Grange facility. You will finish signs through lamination and eyelets, lay up materials, and work with teammates to hit production targets.

Join a dynamic team with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ideal for candidates with printing/manufacturing experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and support orderly packing of orders.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 5 days per week (10pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday).
• Experience in printing or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of working both in a team and autonomously.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good hand-eye coordination for precise cutting, shaping, and laminating of signs.

Responsibilities

• Finish signs with lamination, eyelets, and other finishing steps.
• Lay up products accurately and align materials for production.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow safety protocols.
• Manage sign production timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with packing job orders across departments in the warehouse.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Team Member to join our dynamic team in Smeaton Grange for our Night Shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

About The Role

• Finishing signs with lamination, eyelets etc to ensure durability and high-quality finish.
• Laying up products accurately for production and ensuring the proper alignment of materials.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols at all times.
• Managing sign production timelines and ensuring projects are completed within deadlines.
• Assist with packing job orders across various departments within the warehouse

About You

• Availability to work 5 days per week (10pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday)
• Previous experience working in a printing or manufacturing environment will be highly favoured.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
