Job summary

Mirvac is seeking a skilled Facility Manager to oversee building services at 55 Collins Street, a premium CBD asset. You will manage operational performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure safety and compliance across maintenance and project initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, contractor management, and a proactive approach to risk and budget management, with on-call duties after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in facilities management or related fields.
• Solid understanding of building services and asset management.
• Experience with budget planning and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance and maintenance for building services.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
• Manage contractors and service providers per Mirvac policies.
• Lead and develop the facilities team for engagement and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with NCC, standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare scopes for projects and monitor budgets and expenditure.
