You will manage correspondence, safety, access control, and trades, build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating all aspects of building operations
• Managing correspondence, requests, and complaints across your portfolio
• Driving continuous improvements and resolving daily issues while managing trades
• Conducting regular checks on access control panels, security systems, and key management
• Overseeing tenancy requirements, OHS compliance, and fire safety systems
• Ensuring safe and efficient operation of all building facilities
• Addressing building defects and holding stakeholders accountable
• Enforcing building rules and regulations
