Job summary

Chris Barnard Nursing Agency is seeking a Facility Manager to provide strong leadership across all clinical care and service delivery within a residential aged care residence. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure high standards of care, and oversee all clinical operations while supporting staff performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Facility Manager in aged care, JRA registration, and a hands-on leadership approach focused on resident outcomes and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Facility Manager in residential aged care.
• Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on resident outcomes and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of the ageing process and clinical care requirements.
• Strong IT and documentation skills.
• Postgraduate qualifications in aged care or business management (highly regarded).
• Full Australian working rights.
