Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Residential Facility Manager for a large aged care home on the Central Coast. You will lead a clinically strong team, oversee governance and drive high-quality resident care while ensuring operational performance.

The role requires an established aged care leader with RN credentials, capable of shaping culture and implementing continuous improvement across a complex home.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA RN registration preferred.

About You

You're an established aged care leader who knows what it takes to run a successful home. You're commercially minded and confident leading through complexity.

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
