Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a Facility Manager for a Residential Aged Care home in Grafton. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care, compliance and financial sustainability.

As the successful candidate, you will hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and oversee quality standards and accreditation, workforce performance, budgeting and stakeholder engagement within a supportive not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
• Experience managing clinical operations, workforce performance and compliance
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, occupancy and resource management
• Proven leadership, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills

The Opportunity

As Facility Manager, you'll take ownership of the operational and clinical performance of the home, leading a multidisciplinary team while ensuring exceptional care, compliance and financial sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing clinical and operational team

• Driving resident-centred care and positive quality outcomes

• Managing occupancy, budgets, workforce planning and financial performance

About You

You'll be either:

• An experienced Facility Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity, or

• A commercially minded Clinical Care Manager with strong operational capability who is ready to step into a Facility Manager role.

You'll also bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
