Bundaberg Regional Council is seeking a proactive Venues and Facilities Scoping Officer to support maintenance and minor works across Council venues. You will inspect, scope, and cost activities, coordinate contractors, and prepare project documentation to keep facilities safe and welcoming.

Working with trades staff and stakeholders, you will help plan projects that enhance community assets and service delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience in the building industry with cross-trade knowledge across domestic, commercial or industrial environments.
• Experience scoping, coordinating and monitoring maintenance or minor works projects, including procurement, scheduling and budget oversight.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and asset management or scheduling systems.

• Inspect and scope maintenance activities across Council venues and facilities.
• Prepare cost estimates and project documentation for maintenance works.
• Coordinate contractors and resources to deliver maintenance projects.
• Help ensure Council facilities remain safe, functional and welcoming for the community.
