Funlab, Australia’s premier creator of competitive socialising experiences, is seeking a Facilities Technician for Stike Bowling & Holey Moley in Wollongong. You will maintain equipment, liaise with the Venue Manager, and implement preventative maintenance across your venue.

Qualifications

• Natural technical/mechanical aptitude.
• Proven technical or mechanical experience.
• Ability to systematically work through problems.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance of all pieces of equipment in the venue.
• Coordinate with Venue Manager and Facilities team on tasks.
• Follow Preventative Maintenance Schedule for attractions.
• Maintain databases and spare parts inventory.
• Uphold site safety standards.
• Collaborate with Area Facilities Manager for external trades.
• General facility upkeep including basic painting and plumbing.

What You'll Do:

• Maintenance of all pieces of equipment in the venue
• Staying in close contact with your Venue Manager and Facilities support team by responding to emails, calendar invites and logs to follow up on all maintenance tasks
• Completion of the Preventative Maintenance Schedule for all bowling/amusement activities and venue attractions/devices
• Maintaining databases and spare parts
• Maintain workplace standard in regards to site safety
• Working with your Area Facilities Manager to sign off and book external trades needed in venue
• General facility upkeep; painting, patching, basic plumbing, repairs you name it!

Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate, with ongoing support from the national technical team.

• Proven technical or mechanical experience
• Ability to systematically work through complex problems
• A willingness to learn and problem solve
• A mature, collaborative and positive approach to your work
• An ability to work autonomously but also communicate effectively to the team
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work with Funlab systems
