Raytheon Australia is actively seeking a driven Facilities Management Coordinator to join our Henderson office. The role focuses on daily facility operations, safety, and proactive service delivery for internal customers.

You will coordinate contractors, manage documentation, and support building upgrades while ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant professional or trade experience.
• Experience in project-based, operational or technology-oriented environments.
• Ability to apply advanced technical or functional knowledge to support business outcomes.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to obtain required security clearances.
• Defence security training or willingness to complete within specified timelines.
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, effective work for all staff and visitors.
• Respond to infrastructure assistance requests using workflow systems.
• Oversee contractors to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Liaise with stakeholders and support building fit-out changes and plant modifications.
• Maintain site documentation including Facility, Security and EHS&W registers and plans.
• Manage on-site security tasks and visitor management processes.
• Support EHS&W tasks and issues with the committee.
• Oversee the facility’s operating budget tracking and reporting.
