Raytheon Australia is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Advisor to drive best‑practice EHS outcomes across diverse programs and environments. You will partner with leaders, employees and contractors to support compliance, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role offers learning and development opportunities, flexible work arrangements and a collaborative culture, with the chance to influence safety outcomes across a nationally significant Defence organisation.

Competenze

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety required.
• ICAM Lead Investigator qualification is preferred.
• Construction White Card required.
• 'C' Class Driver's license required.
• Baseline security clearance eligibility may be required for this role.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including health & safety representatives and contractors.
• Achieve and maintain compliance with the WHS Act 2011 and jurisdictional requirements.
• Conduct health and safety assessments including risk assessments, job safety analysis, ergonomic and manual handling assessments, and hazardous substance risk assessments.
• Partner with site leaders to proactively respond to EH&S issues and conduct investigations to identify causes and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to policies, plans, procedures and reporting, including high‑quality records management.
• Promote and coordinate EH&S program engagement to deliver the EH&S Plan.
• Travel may be required to fulfil the role.
