Job summary

Raytheon Australia in Henderson, WA seeks a driven Facilities Management Coordinator to ensure the day-to-day operation of the facility. You will coordinate infrastructure, security and EHS&W requirements, while working with a diverse range of stakeholders to maintain governance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant professional or trade experience.
• Experience in project-based, operational, or technology-oriented environments.
• Completion of high school, secondary school, or equivalent qualification (required).
• Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence (required).
• Defence Security Officer Course to be completed within 12 months of commencement.
• Fire Warden Training to be completed within 3 months of commencement.
• Provide First Aid – HLTAID011 certification to be completed within 3 months of commencement.
• Must be an Australian citizen and/or eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring facilities are safe and usable.
• Respond to infrastructure assistance requests using workflow systems.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with stakeholders and provide project coordination support for building changes.
• Maintain site documentation including Facility, Security and EHS&W registers and plans.
• Execute on-site security tasks including access control and visitor management.
• Execute on-site EHS&W tasks and support the EHS&W committee.
• Oversee the facility’s operational budget.
