Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee 4 x commercial assets across Perth, WA. You will manage daily operations, maintenance, compliance, and capex projects while maintaining strong tenant and subcontractor relations.

The role requires 3–5 years of FM experience, solid WHS knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills within a leading property organisation known for culture and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the portfolio including preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Manage work orders and invoices to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain tenant relationships through regular meetings and clear communication.
• Liaise with subcontractors and manage their performance.
• Ensure all compliance and maintenance documentation is completed and recorded.
• Deliver and manage capex projects within the portfolio.

Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Manage day to day operations of the portfolio including preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and compliance
• Management of work orders and invoices
• Manage tenant relationships through regular meetings and strong communication
• Manage subcontractor relationships
• Ensure all compliance and maintenance documentation is completed and recorded correctly
• Delivery and management of capex projects

We are looking to speak with candidates with the following experience:

• 3-5 years FM experience
