Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager to independently manage the day-to-day operations of a mixed-use asset on the fringe of Brisbane CBD, ensuring it remains safe, compliant, functional and well-presented.

You will coordinate maintenance programs across hard services, monitor building condition, and act as the main on-site contact for clients and occupiers, while working with the owner’s on-site representative to manage priorities and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial, healthcare and/or retail assets.
• Strong knowledge of hard services and building operations.
• Proven contractor and service provider management experience.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance programs and respond to daily issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance programs across hard services, building systems and contractors.
• Monitor building condition, identify issues early and follow up, acting as the on-site contact for clients and occupiers.
• Work with the owner's on-site representative to manage priorities and operational needs.
