Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a hands-on Asset Management Assistant on-site in Sydney to support the management of two commercial premium A‑Grade assets. You will work with senior property professionals to ensure smooth daily operations and develop strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.

This role offers career development, mentorship programs, and a focus on delivering excellent service across all property management activities, including reporting and lease

Qualifications

• On-site asset management experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relations skills.
• Proactive approach and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Asset Management Services team members across key client appointments
• Assist in day-to-day management of two commercial office assets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers
• Coordinate maintenance, tenant requests, lease administration and operational matters
• Prepare reports, budgets and other property management documentation
• Support initiatives that enhance asset performance and tenant satisfaction
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members where required
• Ensure properties are managed in accordance with client expectations, company policies and budget requirements

The role:
