Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within logistics, FMCG, industrial, or distribution centre environments.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, WHS, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience managing contractors, maintenance programs, and site services.
• Analytical with strong financial and project management capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facilities maintenance, repairs, and asset management activities.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance and capital replacement programs.
• Manage contractor performance and key service provider relationships.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, WHS, environmental, and legislative requirements.
