Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a Facilities Manager role.
• Proven track record of managing hard and soft services in a corporate facility.
• Understanding of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to sustainability and driving environmental initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems and preventative maintenance programs.
• Partner with safety and security teams to maintain regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Assist in managing the facilities budget, oversee local vendor contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with sustainability teams on energy efficiency, waste management and reporting.
• Manage external vendors and contractors to ensure safe operations and high service standards.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture across all building operations.
• Deliver a high-quality workplace experience for employees, visitors and senior executives.
