  • Follow up urgent works with subcontractors to make sure they are completed on time.
  • Monitor and respond to BMS alerts across the portfolio, assessing them and raising work orders as needed.
  • Keep the client and Regional Services Manager updated through WhatsApp as works progress.
  • Communicate with business units affected by emergency works, including progress updates.
  • Provide vendor escorting where required.
  • Review payment claims and sign off completed works.

  • Excellent communication skills, including clear reporting and handovers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort making decisions on your own, with support available when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.
  • Availability for the weekend roster and after-hours on-call.
  • Experience in aviation or another complex, high-risk environment.
  • Qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
  • Training in current WHS, QA and environmental legislation and systems.
