The Opportunity

CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operational performance of a premium A-Grade commercial office asset within the Dexus portfolio.

You’ll partner closely with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure the asset operates efficiently, safely and to the highest standard. With responsibility for compliance, contractor management, building performance, budgets and customer experience, you’ll play a critical role in protecting asset value while enhancing the workplace experience for occupants.
