Make an impact at SercoAs the Facilities Manager at Clarence Correctional Centre, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering safe, compliant and efficient facilities management services across the Centre.
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across facilities operations, asset management, maintenance delivery, contractor performance, capital planning and compliance.
You will lead a team of experienced supervisors and subject matter experts, building a high-performing culture based on teamwork, accountability, empowerment and safety. Through strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and financial management, you will ensure the Facilities function delivers sustainable outcomes that support the safe and effective operation of the Centre.
About Clarence Correctional CentreClarence Correctional Centre is Australia’s largest and most advanced correctional facility. Located in Lavadia, approximately 12.5 kilometres south-east of Grafton, the Centre is designed to support rehabilitation, reduce reoffending and help people successfully reintegrate into the community.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
This role requires the successful completion of a National Police Check and employee authorisation and clearance by Corrective Services NSW.
