Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a seasoned Centre Manager to lead a small portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres around Melbourne. You’ll be supported by a collaborative retail team and benefit from flexible working arrangements while driving operations, tenancy management and budget performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Management within a retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Current Driver’s Licence and Real Estate Certificate (essential)

We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Centre Manager to join our team working on a dynamic new account, overseeing a small portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres located around Melbourne. You will be fully supported by our wider retail team in this highly rewarding and flexible role.
