Job summary

Downer in West Perth is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance services across the WA Housing Contract. You will plan and coordinate works, supervise subcontractors, and ensure contract KPIs are met.

You will monitor safety with Downer's Zero Harm standards, interpret drawings and specifications, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support contract performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in building, construction, maintenance or facilities management.
• Experience supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and work order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance works to achieve contract KPIs and service delivery outcomes.
• Provide direction and oversight to subcontractors, ensuring work is completed in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and promote safe work practices in line with Downer's Zero Harm commitment and HSE requirements.
• Conduct inspections, identify non-conformances, and drive corrective actions through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and service delivery partners to support successful contract performance.
