Job summary

Downer Group in Auburn, SA, is seeking a Facilities, Services and Asset Management Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, coordinate specialist contractors and drive asset reliability across the maintenance centre.

You will apply asset data, investigate root causes and deliver improvements within a governance framework, overseeing safety, quality and operational continuity for trains moving through maintenance and back into service.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification or engineering degree with facilities/asset management experience.
• Experience leading technical teams in a safety-critical environment.
• Understanding of asset data and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities maintenance team and coordinating contractors.
• Identify recurring issues using asset data and drive improvements.
• Plan maintenance activities around live operations, ensuring governance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to secure alignment and sustainable outcomes.
• Deliver asset improvement projects from concept to completion.
