Job summary

Talison Lithium is seeking a Housing & Facilities Trades Assistant to support maintenance, presentation and upkeep of housing, property and village accommodation at the Greenbushes operation in WA. You will work with tradespeople, operators and gardeners to keep facilities safe, functional and well-presented.

In this hands-on role you will assist with cleaning, housekeeping, grounds maintenance and basic records, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, construction, gardening or facilities.
• Ability to safely use tools and undertake physical work.
• Strong safety focus and teamwork.
• Good communication and reliable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with maintenance, repairs and property upkeep.
• Supporting tradespeople with tools, equipment and materials.
• Completing cleaning, housekeeping and accommodation presentation tasks.
• Carrying out gardening and grounds maintenance.
• Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Completing basic records and checklists.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
