Job summary

Talison Lithium invites a Maintenance Technician to join the Greenbushes operation. Role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of fixed plant equipment within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will diagnose pumps, conveyors, and water treatment components and help improve maintenance procedures. Candidates should have at least 3 years post-trade experience, be proactive about reliability maintenance, and be comfortable following drawings, blueprints and safety procedures in a site

Qualifications

• Min 3-year post-trade experience in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics and blueprints.
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and pumping systems.
• Experience with job safety analysis and toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctioning equipment such as pumps, conveyors and fire systems.
• Develop and review preventive maintenance checklists and safe work procedures.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and report generation.
• Respond to unscheduled maintenance and complete follow-up reports.
• Install and repair mechanical systems and components of industrial equipment.
• Follow mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Test machinery and discuss faults with the maintenance team.
