Job summary

Barramayil Primary School is a newly established and growing school in the Melbourne area, opening in 2027. As the Foundation staff member for facilities, grounds and student support, you will help establish systems, build relationships with students and families, and support the school's growth and success.

The role combines facilities and grounds maintenance, cleaning, safety responsibilities, and student supervision to support day-to-day operations in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current Working with Children Check (Employee) and a valid Victorian Driver Licence are required.
• Commitment to Victorian Child Safe Standards and Department policies.
• Ability to undertake physical requirements and work across multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Facilities and Grounds Maintenance to a high standard across grounds, buildings and spaces.
• Cleaning, waste management and ensuring a safe, presentable environment.
• Occupational health and safety duties and incident reporting.
• Student supervision and support during learning and non-learning times as required.
• Administrative and operational tasks to support school operations.
• Contractor coordination and coordination of maintenance programs.
