Job summary

Quinn Allan is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Facilities and Contracts to lead a portfolio of facilities and service transition projects within a large healthcare environment. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions, strengthen governance, and drive tangible project outcomes.

The role focuses on delivery, supplier transition, stakeholder engagement and contract mobilisation, with some involvement in sourcing activities and contract

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in complex operational environments.
• Exposure to supplier transitions, contract mobilisation or outsourced services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Sound commercial and contract management capability.
• Experience improving governance and operational performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes quickly.
• Hands-on, collaborative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier transition and mobilisation activities across facilities services.
• Manage projects from planning through to implementation and handover.
• Build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships to drive service outcomes.
• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance and operational delivery.
• Maintain project, contract and operational governance frameworks.
• Support sourcing and tender activities for facilities-related projects.
• Improve processes, reporting and service delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across contract and supplier management.
