Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an initial 6-month contract in Adelaide CBD. The role focuses on delivering interoperability projects across clinical and operational stakeholders, with governance and reporting to the Program Director.

You will coordinate agile delivery with development and test teams, manage risks and dependencies, and engage vendors and Local Health Networks to meet milestones under Commonwealth funding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management and reporting.
• Proven ability to document plans, requirements and deliverables.
• End-to-end project management for complex ICT projects, healthcare focus advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; timely reporting.
• Knowledge of ICT procurement, governance and funding milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery within the Interoperability Program and report to the Program Director.
• Oversee governance, status reporting, planning and scheduling.
• Manage risk, issues and dependencies; perform root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate agile delivery with development/test teams; Azure DevOps backlog, sprint and release governance.
• Engage vendors, manage contracts and POs; align with Local Health Networks and agencies.
• Prepare monthly status reports and Steering Committee papers.
