Job summary

Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) is seeking a Coordinator, Contract Governance and Compliance to oversee contract governance, compliance auditing and procurement support across a national property portfolio and international sites.

You will monitor contractor performance, maintain contract registers and drive continuous improvements in governance, safety and asset management while collaborating with facility operations teams and vendors across multiple

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in facilities management, asset management, contract management, commerce, procurement, property or a related discipline.
• Experience managing governance, compliance and performance across complex maintenance or service contracts.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration, including tendering and supplier engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating governance, compliance and performance management activities across maintenance and facilities contracts.
• Monitoring contractor performance, KPIs and service level agreements to ensure obligations are met.
• Maintaining contract registers, audit records and procurement documentation to support contract lifecycle management.
• Supporting procurement activities, including RFQs, panel arrangements and tender processes in line with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and CSIRO policies.
• Leading contract compliance reporting, financial tracking and contractor audit programs.
• Identifying and mitigating contract, procurement and contractor risks.
• Supporting the quality and integrity of asset data and maintenance records within CSIRO's asset management systems.
• Developing guidance and training materials to build contract management capability across CBIS.
