Job summary

CSIRO seeks a Coordinator, Contract Compliance and Governance to oversee governance, compliance auditing, procurement support and performance management across a national facilities portfolio. The role partners with facility operations teams and contractors to maximise asset performance and value for money.

You will influence contract management practices, strengthen contractor accountability and lead improvements in maintenance, compliance and governance processes across CBIS.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in facilities/asset/contract management, commerce or procurement.
• Experience with governance, compliance and performance requirements across maintenance or service contracts.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, tendering and supplier engagement in a public sector setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating governance, compliance and performance management across maintenance and facilities contracts.
• Monitoring contractor performance, KPIs and SLAs to ensure obligations are met.
• Maintaining contract registers, audit records and procurement docs for lifecycle management.
• Supporting procurement activities, including RFQs, panel arrangements and tenders per rules.
• Leading contract compliance reporting, financial tracking and audit programs.
• Identifying and mitigating procurement and contractor risks.
• Supporting asset data integrity and maintenance records in CSIRO systems.
• Developing guidance and training to build contract management capability.
