CSIRO’s Business and Infrastructure Services (CBIS) seeks a Coordinator, Contract Compliance and Governance to oversee contract governance, auditing, procurement support and performance across a national property portfolio. You will work with facility operations teams and contractors to maximise asset value and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in facilities, asset or contract management, commerce or procurement.
• Experience managing governance, compliance and performance requirements across complex contracts.
• Working knowledge of procurement processes, tendering, quotations and supplier engagement.
• Experience in a public sector, government or governance-heavy environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate governance, compliance and performance management across maintenance and facilities contracts.
• Monitor contractor performance, KPIs and SLAs to ensure obligations are met.
• Maintain contract registers, audit records and procurement documentation for lifecycle management.
• Support procurement activities, including RFQs, panel arrangements and tenders.
• Lead contract compliance reporting, financial tracking and contractor audit programs.
• Identify and mitigate contract, procurement and contractor-related risks.
• Support the quality and integrity of asset data and maintenance records in CSIRO systems.
• Develop guidance, training and education materials to build contract management capability.
