Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree with 10+ years in engineering or equivalent.
• Architecture degree with 10+ years in architecture or equivalent.
• Project management qualification with at least 10 years of experience, or CPPD/CPPE certification.
• 10+ years of project management experience in relevant housing/infrastructure programs.
• Knowledge of ACT Government procurement and budget processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead the facilities and asset management workstream and provide operational, workforce, asset and technical expertise.
• Demobilise the Total Facilities Management Agreement and manage transition arrangements and service continuity.
• Oversee and assure data quality of contractor data, asset information and performance metrics.
• Provide strategic and technical advice to executives and governance bodies on transition, continuity and future operating arrangements.
