Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance requests from intake to completion with prioritisation.
• Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across properties.
• Oversee daily maintenance and grounds team activities; manage workloads and service levels.
• Source quotations and supervise contractor works; ensure licensing, insurance and safety compliance.
• Maintain asset, property, maintenance and compliance records with accurate reporting.
• Identify and address non-compliance risks in facilities, building and equipment.
• Oversee fleet administration: servicing, registration, insurance and maintenance planning.
• Prepare purchase orders and contribute to operational reporting and improvements.
• Build relationships with contractors, property managers and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining customer service.
