Job summary

Clarke Services Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to own client accounts and manage daily delivery of building maintenance services. You will coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, manage trades and subcontractors, prepare quotes, and ensure work is completed safely, on time and profitably for major commercial clients.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, monitor costs and margins, and develop existing relationships while seeking opportunities to grow the

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, facilities management or trade-based services.
• Confidence coordinating trades and subcontractors across multiple jobs.
• Commercial awareness, including experience preparing quotes and monitoring costs.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear communication and confidence managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new client accounts and establishing clear communication and service delivery processes
• Acting as the main contact for clients, providing updates and resolving service issues
• Coordinating reactive repairs, planned maintenance and minor building works
• Scheduling trades, subcontractors and resources across multiple jobs and sites
• Preparing quotes, reviewing trade reports and presenting practical solutions
• Monitoring job costs, margins and completion against agreed requirements
• Managing client expectations, compliance and contractual obligations
• Identifying additional maintenance needs and opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Improving processes, response times and overall service performance
• Success means satisfied clients, well-managed jobs and commercially sound accounts.
