Qualifications

• Specification or technical sales experience within building products.
• Established network of architects, designers, engineers or construction companies.
• Sound grasp of the specification sales process and ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Chase and win specifications across Sydney's commercial projects, turning early architect interest into secured specs.
• Build relationships with architects, designers and engineers, positioning you and your technical colleague as trusted advisers on facade solutions.
• Present design-led products with strong green credentials through CPD sessions and meetings, making your product easy to say yes to.
• Use BCI to find and chase live projects, getting in front of the right people at the right stage and building a list of end clients to convert.
• Follow up and hold your specifications through to construction, protecting projects and converting early influence into secured sales.
