Job summary

Hotel Indigo Brisbane is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Leader to lead and support the team in delivering a unique guest experience at our fresh, boutique property. You will be a hands-on leader, guiding service periods and ensuring brand standards are met.

You will manage daily F&B service, drive quality, compliance and guest satisfaction while collaborating with teams across the hotel to deliver superb service and memorable events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a F&B team in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to schedule, plan activities and delegate tasks.
• Develop SOPs and maintain guest experience standards.
• Lead in hotel emergencies and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities
