Pullman & Mercure King George Square in Brisbane is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead our Goldfinch Restaurant, Street Café, Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar and KG Sports Bar. You will oversee daily service, optimize guest experiences and drive revenue through staff development.

You will manage a hands-on team, schedule across shifts, maintain costs and uphold safety and hygiene standards while delivering service excellence. Accor benefits apply.

Formación

• Experience in a similar leadership position with a passion for people and service.
• Able to multitask at a high level while developing individual team members and the team as a whole.
• Hands‑on management style with flexibility across shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team in a hands‑on capacity, ensuring a consistent and proactive approach.
• Manage daily service flow across restaurant, bars and in room dining.
• Drive revenue through team training and development initiatives.
• Review service standards and train teams to meet standards.
• Create unique guest experiences across outlets.
• Oversee ordering, stock control and wage cost management.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards and foster staff recruitment and development.
