You will oversee service delivery, coaching staff, and coordinating events while maintaining safety and quality standards across dining and hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a high-volume bar/restaurant within hotels or venues.
• Provide excellent guest service and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Coordinate events, banquets, and catering with seamless delivery.
