Job summary

EVT is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage leader for Port Macquarie venues to drive guest experience and operational excellence across restaurants, bars, events and in-room dining.

You will mentor leaders, design onboarding, review service standards, and partner with venue leaders to hit revenue and profitability targets while maintaining high food safety and licensing compliance. This role offers strong career progression within EVT's hotel and entertainment network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' senior F&B leadership in hotels, resorts or premium venues.
• Proven track record in developing leaders and high-performing teams.
• Ability to raise service standards and improve operational performance.
• Strong financial acumen with labour, revenue and cost-control experience.
• Executive Chef background or multi-outlet F&B experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach and develop F&B leaders across multiple properties with structured plans.
• Identify high-potential team members and build succession paths.
• Design onboarding programs and review SOPs to embed a learning culture.
• Drive operational excellence across restaurants, bars, conferences and in-room dining.
• Lead guest service standards and implement service recovery processes.
• Partner with venue leaders to achieve budgeted revenue and profit targets.
• Monitor labour, COGS and departmental profitability to boost efficiency.
• Provide monthly reporting on people, guest and commercial performance.
• Support promotional planning with Marketing and Sales, and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Support supplier partnerships and maximize local procurement opportunities.
