Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all facets of the F&B department, including restaurant, bar, banqueting and events. You will lead the team, collaborate with the culinary leadership on menus and beverage offerings, and drive guest satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, budget control, scheduling expertise and a proven ability to manage high-pressure service periods while maintaining excellence in guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant F&B Manager.
• Strong leadership to engage, inspire and develop the team.
• Proven budgeting, inventory control and staff scheduling skills.
• Effective stakeholder communication with internal and external partners.
• Ability to work across varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Calm and effective under high pressure situations.
• Valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the country/state/territory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B operations including restaurant, bar, banqueting and events.
• Lead and mentor the F&B team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Head/Executive Chef on menus and beverage offerings.
• Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, reports, promotions, recruitment, inventory and ordering.
