Job summary

EVT Group, via Rydges Campbelltown, seeks a hands-on F&B Supervisor to lead daily restaurant, bar, room service and events operations, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while drives efficiency and profitability. You will roster shifts, coach staff, and stand in on the floor during service.

The ideal candidate has prior F&B supervision experience in hotels or hospitality, strong team leadership, knowledge of wine and cocktails, excellent communication, adaptability, and brand promotion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a F&B supervisor role in hotels, bars or restaurants.
• Experience coaching teams and delivering a great guest experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of restaurant, bar, room service and events.
• Coach and supervise rostered shifts; ensure safe, efficient, profitable service.
• Promote the venue and brand; maintain product knowledge and staff development.
