RACV Torquay Resort invites applications for a hands-on Food & Beverage Team Leader. You’ll guide Attendants, oversee daily outlets, and ensure exceptional service for members, guests and visitors.

Join a purpose-driven leisure team at a premier 4-5 star resort on Victoria's Great Ocean Road. You’ll lead by example, train staff, manage customer feedback, and work closely with kitchens, bars and events teams to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Food & Beverage Team Leader in a 4-5 star resort or similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team in a busy hospitality setting.
• Confidence using POS systems and handling customer feedback.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate; on-the-job training available.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to Food & Beverage Attendants.
• Support the day-to-day operation of the outlet.
• Deliver high-quality, timely and professional service to members and guests.
• Coordinate with management, kitchen, bar and events teams.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve difficult situations.
• Support staffing efficiencies, minimise wastage and complete end-of-day requirements.
• Lead by example and maintain high standards of service, presentation and safety.
