RACV Torquay is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our 5-star resort team. You’ll deliver warm hospitality, assist guests across our venues, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle coffee service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work well in a team. An RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one and full Australian work rights are required.

Qualificações

• Previous hospitality, food and beverage or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming and seating guests.
• Taking orders and providing friendly table service.
• Serving food and beverages.
• Preparing and serving coffee.
• Setting and clearing tables.
• Processing orders and payments through the POS system.
• Keeping service areas clean, organised and ready for our guests.
• Sharing your knowledge of menu and beverage options.
• Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams.
