Esplanade Hotel, part of the Endeavour Group network, is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our bistro team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on front-of-house leadership, floor management, and maintaining high service standards to ensure every visit is memorable.

The position is full-time, with physical duties and a requirement for RSA certification. Flexible hours include 7am–4pm or 11am–9pm, weekends included, to support venue operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing hospitality roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of the floor, ensuring every guest interaction is memorable.
• Lead the bistro team and model high service standards.
• Recommend food and drinks pairings to guests.
• Deliver top-notch service from opening to close, maintaining cleanliness and flow.
• Assist with stock, floor plans, and service scheduling.

Food & Beverage Supervisor - Esplanade Hotel

We’re searching high and low for a true ‘people person’ with a real passion for pub food and drinks. Sure, everyone serves food and drinks but you bring the magic and make it unforgettable!

Be apart of the newly re-opened iconic venue! We're looking for a full-time Bistro Manager to help lead the team.

A day in the life of a F&B Supervisor:

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

• Help manage the bistro floor and lead by example.

• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.

• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.

• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.

• You are able to work 7AM - 4PM or 11AM to 9PM (Weekends included).

• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.

• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.

• Some experience in a supervisor role highly regarded but not essential.
