Job summary

Lasseters Hotel Casino in Alice Springs, NT, is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily restaurant and bar operations. You will lead shifts, mentor team members and uphold service standards across all F&B outlets.

Working closely with the F&B Manager, you’ll assist with rostering, labour control, and guest engagement while ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace practices. A positive, professional attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate II or III required, or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising teams in a customer service-driven environment.
• Strong computer literacy including POS and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Work standards and safe work practices.
• Ability to build strong guest and team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant/bar operations
• Provide hands-on leadership during shifts
• Support staff training, coaching, and development
• Maintain high service standards across all F&B outlets
• Assist with rostering, labour control, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, hygiene, and workplace practices
• Liaise with the kitchen, F&B management, and other departments
• Address guest enquiries and feedback professionally
