Job summary

Mercure Perth on Hay is seeking a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. You’ll be on the floor, motivate the team, and deliver top-notch service with a smile for a memorable dining experience.

You’ll lead by example across breakfast, lunch and dinner, recruit and train new F&B teammates, and foster the HEARTIST culture within Accor hospitality. Nights, weekends and public holidays are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or F&B supervisory experience.
• Guest-obsessed focus with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate change and provide quick-thinking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead with exceptional Guest Experience to ensure memorable stays and dining experiences.
