Job summary

Rydges Esplanade Cairns is seeking an energetic F&B Supervisor to oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service. You will lead a team, ensure quality and presentation, and foster a warm guest experience across conferences, weddings, and reef getaways.

Qualifications

• Experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar in hotels, bars, or restaurants.
• Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a team.
• Solid food and beverage knowledge, including wine and cocktails (training provided).
• Warm, approachable manner with excellent communication skills and flexibility.
• Skilled at anticipating and managing guest needs, including for conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver high service standards.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and attendees.
• Support events, conferences and functions with seamless service.
