Job summary

Rydges Gold Coast is seeking a friendly, professional Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across the restaurant, bar and functions. You will lead the team, drive guest satisfaction, manage costs, and ensure RSA and hotel procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate has F&B supervisory or management experience in hotels, strong leadership and communication skills, and is flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Previous F&B supervision or management experience in hotels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Guest-focused and professional.
• Well organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• RSA certification required.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations
• Lead, support, and motivate the F&B team
• Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Supervise restaurant, bar, and function operations
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with team training and onboarding
• Monitor stock, wastage, and operational costs
• Ensure RSA, safety, and hotel procedures are followed
• Work closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Sales, and Events teams
