West HQ in Sydney is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee a high-volume hospitality outlet. You will lead a small team during peak service, coach new staff, and uphold top-class food and beverage presentation while adhering to licensing and health & safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality, with hands-on involvement and attention to detail. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and problem-solving ability to motivate a team.
• Experience in a similar role or extensive F&B experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Hands-on supervisor who loves hospitality and attention to detail.
• Able to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster.
• Knowledge of stock levels, ordering, and stocktaking.
• RSA Competency Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team during peak service periods.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to new team members.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation and service.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily cash handling.
