Job summary

Tamborine Mountain Glades in North Tamborine, QLD, is seeking a casual Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team across weddings, conferences and events in a rainforest setting.

You will supervise service, maintain high standards, and support the team throughout shifts. Availability for evenings and weekends is important to cover busy periods at our award-winning venue.

Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in restaurants, weddings, functions, events or conference service.
• Hands-on leadership style and ability to lead from the floor.
• Excellent communication and organisation.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions during busy services.
• Reliable and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervising front-of-house operations during service.
• Leading, supporting and motivating the F&B team.
• Coordinate smooth and efficient service.
• Deliver a warm and professional guest experience.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Maintain high presentation and service standards.
• Work closely with kitchen, events and management.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Help ensure functions, weddings and restaurant services run to plan.
